I’m a professional climbing coach and guide with over 25 years experience coaching a wide range of abilities both indoors and on rock. I specialise in performance coaching and have authored the bestselling book 'Rock Climbing Technique'. As a coach educator I have spent over decade helping to support and develop other coaches to raise the standard within the coaching community; I provide the climbing coach qualifications in the UK, plus further training for coaches, instructors and guides as a CPD provider for the BMG, MTA and AMI.
My passion for climbing has seen me gain extensive experience over four decades, including first ascents of trad, sport and ice routes, solo winter expeditions, and developing new bouldering venues.
