Award Description
The Lowland Leader qualification has been designed for people who wish to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside and woodland in summer conditions. The majority of the UK and Ireland is made up of this type of terrain so you'll never be short of places to go walking.

This is a two day assessment course for the Lowland Leader Award based at Bolton in the West Pennine Moors, South Pennines and or the Forest of Bowland of Lancashire. Candidates must be registered with Mountain Training for the Lowland Leader Award scheme. Have attended a Training course or gained exemption from Training from Mountain Training. The course is non residential. On completing our course booking form conformation details, etc will be sent out. Course fee £120 plus VAT is £144 includes VAT.
