Award Description
This qualification trains and assesses candidates in the skills required to supervise climbers on purpose built artificial climbing walls and boulders. The scheme does not include the skills and techniques required to teach lead climbing.

All Aspect of the Climbing Wall Instructor Award are covered. Peak Mountain Training assessments are delivered by experienced professionals and are designed to bring out the best from the candidates. One of the course aims is for candidates to feel they are able to demonstrate their skills in a supportive environment. Another aim is for candidates to leave the course feeling they have developed their skills further. Please note the Course is based in North Wales.
