It includes principles of balance, using momentum and exercises for teaching movement. 

You don't need to be a high performing climber to benefit from this, if you are happy top-roping or leading 6a or above, there's lots you will gain from the day, both for your own climbing and for teaching to others.

It also combines well with the Coaching Climbing Tactics workshop the day before. Both workshops are approved as AMI, BMG and MTA CPD.
