Performance Coach, author of the bestselling book 'Rock Climbing Technique' and WMCI John Kettle will deliver a day of theory and practical exercises exploring rock climbing tactics and how to coach them: Topics include move reading, anxiety management, visualisation, breathing, pacing and goal setting.

You don't need to be a high performing climber to benefit from this, if you are happy top-roping or leading 6a, there's lots you will gain from the day, both for your own climbing and for teaching to others.

This workshop can be combined nicely with the Coaching Climbing Movement workshop the following day! Both workshops are approved as AMI, BMG and MTA CPD.
