We will look at what fear and anxiety are and, using relevant psychological models how to coach an anxious client so they have the best experience possible.

Run by a David Fong a registered Clinical Psychologist and Chris Allewell a highly experienced outdoor professional bringing his experience from the local crags, and 8000m peaks of the Himalaya.
