Practical Nutrition Strategies for Women to Optimise Energy and Recovery in the Hills and Mountains
This webinar will focus on how women can use nutrition to support their performance, energy, and recovery while moving in the hills and mountains. Whether you’re guiding, leading, or spending long days mountaineering, climbing, hiking, or ski touring. Come prepared to the workshop with a pen and paper as Rebecca will share easy to put into practise nutrition and hydration strategies to help you make the most of your hill or mountain time.

Rebecca has supported hundreds of athletes preparing for challenges in the mountains from summiting peaks such as Denali, the Matterhorn, and Everest, to multi-day alpine climbing and back-to-back days mountain guiding or leading in the hills. Her clients range from recreational mountain enthusiasts and Mountain Leaders to elite and Olympic-level climbers. She develops practical nutrition strategies that help women through the female life cycle stay healthy and energised during training and demanding hill days and mountain adventures.
