WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES

This is one of two options for association members who are Mentors for the 2025 mentoring programme to attend a tutor led drop in session. The other option is on Thursday 27th November, you do not need to book both.

The session aims to bring the community of Mentors together to reflect and review your experience, with an opportunity to feedback, share insights and ask questions 6 months into the mentoring programme.

It will be divided into four parts and you'll have the opportunity to talk and share your experiences with peer mentors in breakout rooms, before feeding back to the group. 

These reflections will focus on the relationship, expectations, goals and aspirations and any areas needing support. Give guidance on offering a 6 month review with your mentee along with anything else that would be helpful to you. 

The session will give you the iopportunity to support and learn from each other as well as ask questions and get further guidance from the tutors.

The session will be led by Dr Samanth McGelligot and Belinda Fear.  

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EVENT

Your CPD record - If you attend this event and it counts as CPD, your CPD point/s will automatically be added to your record in due course - you will not need to add it yourself.
