This evening session will enable people to recap the basics of what we might take for granted, about basic locomotion and the musculoskeletal system. We’ll go through the best practice for build-up and maintenance of fitness and injury prevention for a trek and discuss various modes of food and drink and issues arising with them. We’ll then look at training, to prepare groups for trekking at altitude and dealing with hot and cold injuries and prevention.
