Leave No Trace Trainer Certification

Workshop content

This is a two-day course worth 2 CPD points. This course follows the ‘Leave No Trace Trainer’ syllabus and gives candidates opportunity to gain a range of skills related to teaching the principles of Leave No Trace and encouraging the development of positive environmental ethics with their own clients. Graduates become recognised Leave No Trace Trainers and are qualified to deliver ‘Awareness Workshops’ on behalf of the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics.

Cost includes educational resources (books will be available for purchase).

What to bring

Participants will require clothing suitable for a full day outdoors, including waterproofs. A packed lunch is required for both days. 

Timings& Accommodation

Day 1 will finish between 5 & 6pm. We will then meet again 9am on day 2. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation on the Saturday evening.

This workshop is exclusive to MTA members at a discounted price of £135. Normal price for non-members: £150-170.
