CPD Content / Syllabus: This 1 day course will help develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to enjoy ski adventures in the Scottish Mountains. It is aimed at folk who have some winter mountain experience and want to travel by ski to spice up winter trips and as a way to tour through the mountains to Munros or Corbetts.  The course will focus on skills for touring, rather than off-piste down-hill technique and performance.

During the day we will be covering as many of the following topics as possible (dependent on the group needs and conditions); route choice, navigation,  equipment, Be Avalanche Aware, use of tsp for companion rescue and technical skills.

Cost: £60 for the day
