About

Nepal is a paradise for trekkers and mountaineers. The unique mountain landscape and culture means that it like nowhere else. It can therefore be a daunting place to plan a trip to. Rebecca Coles has organised and led expeditions in Nepal for over 10 years, from trekking trips to climbing expeditions, including making the first ascent of a 6000m peak.

In this session you will gain the knowledge required to plan your own successful trip. The lessons learnt will fast-track you through the research stages of trip planning, saving time and give practical tips to where cost savings can be made, but what corners shouldn’t be cut.

The topics discussed are equally relevant to trekkers as well as those planning a climbing expedition, from a teahouse trek to a remote expedition to unclimbed peaks.
