Award Description
This qualification trains and assesses candidates in the skills required to supervise climbers on purpose built artificial climbing walls and boulders. The scheme does not include the skills and techniques required to teach lead climbing.

Climbing Wall Instructor - Assessment Course
This course runs 10.00 - 1700 and is based from Sunderland Wall.
The price given is an all-inclusive price and includes: Wall entry, official stickers and all administration.
You will need to arrange for a minimum number of 2 (preferably 3) clients to work with in the afternoon (more details with the official joining instrctions) and you will need to pay for their entry into the wall. However, we have arranged a special discounted rate with the wall and will be considerably cheaper than normal entrance fee.
