Award Description
The Lowland Leader qualification has been designed for people who wish to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside and woodland in summer conditions. The majority of the UK and Ireland is made up of this type of terrain so you'll never be short of places to go walking.
This 2 day Lowland Leader Award Assessment is a non-residential event, one day will be in the Horbling, Sleaford area and the other in the Lincolnshire Wolds
Each day will start at 09.00 hrs
Covid-19 details will be discussed at the pre-course briefing
There will be some pre-course work which will need to be submitted prior to a "Teams" meeting which will take place during the week prior to the assessment date. The pre-course work and subsequent evaluation will form part of the assessment process.

Anyone not having access to "TEAMS" will join the process through a phone process, individual needs can be discussed at course enquiry stage, and we will find a way to suit all
The pre-course brief will include details of the assessment plan, the programme, expectations and Q&A session.
