Top tips and develop a better understanding of teaching sport
climbing and its ethics.
Topics included; sport equipment, checking bolts, using a clip-stick,
ethics and red pointing, re-threading, stripping routes, using fixed
lower-offs and falling.
This workshop may be of particular use to RCI course directors and staff.
Bring personal climbing equipment including rope and quickdraws.
A final call will be made on venue before the day according to conditions.
The workshop is run by Paul Roberts; Paul has been climbing for many years, has personally climbed to 8A, has extensive coaching experience and holds the Mountaineering Instructor Award.
