Participants will receive an email with the link and access details in advance of the session.
Topics to be covered and discussed:
Belinda Buckingham, Mountain Training Association (MTA) Development Officer will give an overview of the MTA, covering its role, the benefits it currently provides to members and what members find valuable. There will also be the opportunity for a discussion about how MTA can do more to support the candidate pathway and the role course directors could play in this following the findings of the research project undertaken by Will Hardy and Bangor University. Course directors play an important role in supporting MTA by promoting it to candidates on courses, so there will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session.
