Workshop or Session Description: Visiting at least two venues we will look at how we protect clients on scrambling ground with and without a rope. Looking at spotting and shepherding, progressions of management, use of the rope including anchor selection, direct and indirect belaying methods, confidence roping and use of fixed lines and chains.
