Award Description
The Lowland Leader qualification has been designed for people who wish to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside and woodland in summer conditions. The majority of the UK and Ireland is made up of this type of terrain so you'll never be short of places to go walking.
About
Start point for the first day will be from the outskirts of Maidenhead, easily accessible by train from London. Surrounding lowland terrain gives a vary of paths, trails, farm and wood land to gain the experience required for Lowland Leader training.
Second day will be based in West Wycombe.
Heather at Wildheather is a qualified mountain leader, secondary school teacher and D of E supervisor and assessor. Please email for more details, a no-obligation chat or advise on accommodation in the local area.
