WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES

A refresher of night navigation skills typically assessed for both the HML and ML. This workshop is aimed at anyone who is in the consolidation period for either the HML or the ML, who wants to spend quality time with an experienced course provider and director, re-visiting the award syllabus with regard to the night navigation aspects.

EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED

Personal walking clothing. Headtorch. Explorer OL5. Compass. Food and drink.

CATERING/FOOD

We're only going to be out for a few hours, but bring a drink and a snack along.

WORKSHOP PROVIDER CREDENTIALS

Graham Uney has been running navigation courses at all levels for over 20 years, and is a course provider and director for Mountain Training walking awards.
