http://www.moorlandguides.co.uk . All day pay and display parking is available at about £2 /£2.50 all day behind the information centre, or park by the church and walk 10 minutes for free on street parking.
Bring gear for an autumnal / winter walk on Dartmoor (that means possibly wet and cold) including decent waterproofs and boots plus a packed lunch.
Start time 10am at the National Park Centre and ending about 3.30pm/4pm back at the centre.
We will be looking at the historical landscape of Dartmoor but also putting it into a wider national context.
