Looking After Yourself
This session is for those that want to keep going for longer, who want to learn how their body works and what to do when their body hurts from time to time.
We’ll start by looking at the basics we need to understand about our bodies and what our movements do to impact it. Then we’ll move through a series of stretches, release techniques and injury prevention which you can use on and off the hill.
Wear something you can move comfortably and stretch in!
Further equipment if needed TBC nearer the time.
