Award Description
Our Rock Skills courses are designed to provide structured training opportunities for people who want to learn more and become independent climbers. There are three different levels so that complete beginners and those with more experience can choose the most appropriate starting point.
About
This two-day course is crammed full of learning and will develop your skills for rock climbing outdoors so that you can climb independently with other competent lead climbers. We run this course at low instructor to student ratios giving you the best opportunity to learn to take you forward for your own climbing! Your instuctor is a full member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors and highly experienced at developing people to be independent with their climbing.
We use a range of venues depending upon your prior experience but centred on the Bristol Wye Valley area, we tailor the training to best suit you and the two days are all about learning with no assessment element involved. We can also run this course on bespoke dates and locations to suit for bookings of 2 or 3 people.
