Award Description

This is a combined training and assessment course for people who want to actively support a qualified instructor. Qualified Indoor Climbing Assistants can assist with core tasks within a session, directly supervised by an instructor.

Indoor Climbing Assistant course at Redpoint Worcester Climbing Centre.

Take the first step into the climbing industry with this award which will enable you to work with qualified instructors and assist them to deliver climbing sessions at climbing centres across the UK.

The course will be run by John Bradshaw who is based at the climbing centre and holds several mountain training awards including, Climbing Wall Instructor, Rock Climbing Instructor, Climbing Wall Development Instructor and Foundation Coach.
