WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES
Join David Tainton on a nature walk exploring the bird/plant/insect and animal life found in the Chalk Down environment of Aston Rowland National Nature Reserve in the Chiltern hills area of outstanding natural beauty.
The session is designed for walking leaders to enhance enivornmental knowledge in order to inspire/communicate this to customers/others. David is very knowledgeable and has a lot to share, this is a peer led session, so come along and share your own knowledge and expertise along with your bird, plant and insect guides to explore and share with others
A little micro navigation will be included/plus rights of way/local history.
We will also take time to gain attendees opinions on future events.
EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED
Bring Map/compass OS 171 (Chiltern Hills West), plus binoculars and bird/plant/insects guides
CATERING/FOOD
Bring own flask/snacks

Regional volunteer David Tainton ML, and RSPB member will be heading up the workshop. David is very knowledgeable and has a lot to share, this is a peer led event, so an opportunity for you to get involved and share your own knowledge and expertise with others as part of this session.
