A teaching lead climbing workshop run by Kath James - How to teach lead climbing - we will go through the progressions and instructor client discussions that are wise to have before posting someone on the sharp end, as well as looking at the mechanics behind how you look after yourself and support your client in their development as a lead climber.  1:3 ratio for the day. 

With 12 years experience of working at Plas y Brenin I have built up a wealth of knowledge in teaching climbing. Kath has extensive experience of training and assessing and directing  MCI, RCI, ML & HML courses. This teaching climbing workshop is an opportunity for you to pick my brains on all things to do with teaching climbing. 

We will meet a Siabod Cafe and head to a suitable venue for the day. You need to bring along your climbing kit, and suitable clothing food and drink for the day.
