WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES
This workshop is ideal for anyone in the consolidation period between training and assessment for the Hill & Moorland Leader, or Mountain Leader. It would also benefit those who are award holders who would like to further explore being an effective leader who has an appreciation of the upland environment.
During the day, which is entirely outdoor based, we discuss the role of the leader in terms of being engaging, and having a good knowledge of the upland environment.
EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED
Personal walking kit. You might also find a a notebook and pencil, binoculars, and a compact camera/smart phone useful.

Graham Uney is an experienced Mountain Training Course Provider and Course Director. His is MCI qualified, and has in the past also worked for the Conservation Science departments of the RSPB and the BTO.
