I work in a variety of capacities including educational settings where I utilise climbing as the activity to achieve and work towards development outcomes.
I am the co-owner of West Country Adventures; a small South Devon based company, where we focus on developing small groups and individuals in bouldering, indoor climbing, sport climbing and traditional climbing. I am currently the lead Coach for Plymouth Life Centre, overseeing and delivering on the youth competition squad. I also support the manager with staff observations and delivering inhouse training, outside of Mountain Training courses.
I work with a range of clients, with a broad range of ages, abilities, goals, using different techniques to support their development.
I regularly deliver women only sessions and courses both indoor and out, as well as working with other mixed groups. I run regular evening series courses from 2-6 weeks of progressive courses over the winter period. I have supported the Women's Climbing Symposium at both their indoor event in Exeter, along with running the Intermediate Trad Workshop at the Outdoor Day in the Lake District.

I personally spend time between sport climbing and trad climbing. Currently working routes around 7c and have climbed multiple routes of grade 7b/+.
I have no grade focused trad route goals, but often spend time on routes around the E1-E3 grade.
I regularly run sport workshops utilising South Devon sport crags, and Portland.
I am passionate about climbing and aim to transfer my enthusiasm and knowledge with all my clients and to support other minority groups and women access and further develop their climbing.
