Sport Climbing

Summary

I was introduced to sport climbing at Scout Scar in Kendal, then explored other sport crags in the area (Giggleswick Scar, Bram Crag Quarry). Multi pitch sport came on alpine trips, including routes in the Chamonix Valley on the Index, Chesery slabs, Servoz and Grande Floria. In the Ecrins, highlights included multipitch routes on the east side of the Ailefroide Valley, and Palavar des Flots. A trip to El Chorro led to further multipitch sport climbing. Summer alpine trips to Switzerland gave me further mutlipitch sport opportunities on The Furka pass. Most recently, I have been climbing at Moy Rock near Inverness whilst waiting for conditions on winter climbing trips and also climbing in Runestone quarry in the Lake District slate quarries.

Again, my UKC logbook is incomplete/doesn't seem to have synced, so many routes are missing.
