2 Day Bronze DofE exped, looking after two groups of young people along with another ML and two teachers for pastoral support. The route took them along the base of the Menteith Hills, before descending to Loch Achray to camp, then up through the forest tracks to the David Marshall Lodge to finish.
Weather conditions were pretty testing for the groups, with strong sunlight and high temperatures making trekking with a heavy pack a challenging experience for them.
