Hoch Grundeck 1800m
Start in the village of St. Johann im Pongau snow shoe route up to a forested ridge which links to the Ober Grundeck then on to the Hoch Grundeck. A small chapel is on the summit above the town of Bishofshofen as it forms part of the St Rupert Pilgerweg. Unfortunately it's not open in the winter so no place to stop for shelter.
