The evening before I'd watched a roe buck grazing the fringes of Loch Moraig. After a very peaceful night in the van I woke to early morning mist in the glens, blue sky and sunshine. As I left the wood behind a hare loped off into the sun. a stunning days walk.
Left the van at 7am, Carn Liath 8.30am, Braigh Coire Chruinn-bhalgain 10am, Carn nan Gabar, 11am, back to the van 2.00pm. The summit of Airghlo Bheinn very rock with a steep descent to the stream.
