Start at GR 845395 and follow track to Llyn Arenig fawr. Looked in the Bothy and then continued up Y Castell to spot height 684. Followed the spur around to the summit of Arenig Fawr (854). From there head north and pick up fence and handrail it west to the track in the valley. Follw this to the road where we followed until we reached the start point.
