
Nicola Taylor (MIA) ran us through a good amount of training drills we (university students) can use in our own coaching. Starting with a solid RAMP warmup, then moving onto pulling hard for 40 minutes with 4 minute rests between attempts on climbs. Then moving onto doing sets of 4x4s ((4 problems, 4 minute rest)x4) and some core exercises to do whilst resting arms and legs! Then ended with learning about aerobic climbing at easy grades but for longer.
