
Tuesday has a new regime!
1hour 30mins of fitness class, run by Boulder South West. Consists of circuits with 10+ elements, designed to improve overall strength and endurance. Working both major and minor muscle groups. Followed by an ab circuit x2.
After the class, then it`s straight into bouldering and work all projects until failure. Working routes when you`re ready drained, I`ve found helps me focus on good technique, as my strength has already been sapped. The benefits of this, I`ve found is that when I come back fresh, I`m able to the send the project routes with a lot more ease.
2 days recovery is required after a Tuesday session.
