practised a 5b TR in preparation for next session to lead it - went well and spent time working out the best technique to get over the various areas.
Helped Sophie climb her first 5b which she was really proud of - I made her stay on the rope and catch her breath instead of lowering her down like she wanted to do.
Lead one of the Lead Ladder climbs which turned out to be a 5a+ on the big walls. Enjoyable but getting clipped in on the last QD and the lower off proved difficult due to fatigue.
