St. GR900616 follow track along the Marchnant to the ruined buildings to GR921594 & turn right to head to Gorllwyn (613) follow ridge to Bwlch y Ddau Faen and pick a way alond to Drygarn Fawr (641) Head NE to pick up the Rhiwnant & follow it back to the start point.
