Supervising lead belaying while helping with an intro session.
The main instructor jugged up a static line next to the novice leader, talking him through clipping and movement. I tailed the belayer and prompted them when to pay out and when to take in.
I liked having an instructor next to the climber as they could swing in and clip a cowstail to their harness if they needed. It also meant that they could calmly guide them through things instead of shouting to overcome the wind and other people around. Of course, if I hadn't been there, I'm not sure how they'd have dealt with supervising the belayer.
