start from the Minfford hotel and walk up to the lake. Follow the spur around to the summit of Craig Cwm Amarch and then onto Cadair Idris. Follow the path to Mynydd Moel where we then headed down to the track junction at GR732124 we then made our way down to the campsite at Cwmrhwyddfor Farm by following the path. This path was heavily overgrown and not advisable. We were filmed for the BMC Mend Our Mountains campaign which made it slightly longer than normal but great fun.
