Description

Started this day 10 am from the campsite and headed up Lingmoor, this was Nics' second to last final Wainwright.
Once completion of this circuit, we'd all headed to the pub and were joined by further hikers.
Setting off for Nics Final Wainwright (Pavey Ark) at 2 pm, we'd all walked up to Stickle Tarn and scrambled up Jacks Rake.
This was an amazing moment for the group involving pictures, videos and even prosecco on the top. What an achievement, Nic Hardy had completed all 214 Wainwrights in under a year!!
Once finished celebrating I had departed the group for some intense QMDing along the tops starting from Harrisons Stickle all the way to Rossett Pike and involving as much wilding, off griding as possible. Although very hard to walk off piece in the lakes as its very well trodden.
Boom... finishing at 9 pm in the pub, that's night nav well and truly ticked off and some truly adventurous drinking to celebrate.

Area : Central Fells

The Vale of Keswick, provides separation from the Northern Fells whilst to the west runs the long valley of Borrowdale. The parallel eastern boundary is created by Thirlmere and the St Johns in the Vale. Grasmere to Windermere forms the remainder of the eastern boundary. In the west, Stake Pass descends into Great Langdale.
