Start from Barber Booth Viaduct at 1216 and headed up Jacobs Ladder to get to Kinder Low at 1318. I then headed over the moors to get to the Summit of Kinder Scout? Then head down to Crowden Brook and follow path back to Barber Booth and back to the Van.

Is situated between Sheffield and Manchester. The underlying rock is Millstone grit which is often exposed at the edge of the higher peat bogs for which the area is famous.
