Another good effort tonight with our small group.
All working on various problems, I'm still happy to be on the yellow / green tags. Saw a real difference in some of the moves I did compared to how I was a few months ago.
This session was also some coaching with Sophie, Matt and Leigh. Matt and Leigh are working on a complete circuit of the elephant, and were stuck on a particular section, having watched them I tried and found a way through and helped coach them through this which was fun to do.
Sophie needed some encouragement on a yellow tag route with very few holds, and a small dyno at the start - she managed to complete this which was great to see.
