A day working as Course Director for a large NNAS Bronze assessment. Six tutors and several trainee staff along with just under 50 candidates aged 14-15.
Using the are between Lydeards Hill up to Crowcombe Park Gate. Used a variety of maps from 1:5000 and 1:10000 orienteering maps to 1:25000 OS.
Weather varied from sunshine to snow, with rain and hail along the way. Temperature of about 1C with windchill taking it to -2C.
