Practising for a lead, I TR’d the route but placed protection as / when I could.
I used a cam and some nuts which was good to do. My aim to was use both types of protection, but I wasn’t able to use any hexes.
I found the protection hard to find, managing only 4 placements over a 12mtr climb, and I got my two partners to inspect them all and judge them.
Scoring out of 5, they trade all but one a 4.
