Up the Gribin, scrambling off the normal route to avoid the worst of the wind (gusting over 40mph). Over Glyder Fawr - descent westwards was very badly eroded, looking like a lot got shifted in the storm the day before when I saw plenty of new torrents in the area. Up Y Garn. Down via north east ridge. A very good route, well worth repeating.

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
