NICAS session for levels 1&2, however we also had 5 new starters to the group.
I decided to give Josh (my assistant) the level 1&2's, whilst I took on the new starters to ensure they got the best start to basic climbing. We went through figure 8 knot tying whilst they took turns climbing with me belaying. A really productive session whereby the new starters were all able to tie themselves on to the rope and were climbing safely.
