Left capel curig up clogwyn mawr, crimpiau, down castell y gwynt, craig wen, Moel Ddefaid, Craiglwyn, creigiau gleision, marian mawr, then down to crafnant and up and back over to capel. Two AO trainees being taught micro navigation. Focusing on picking up lots of little features.

It is designated as a national nature reserve for its rare flora and fauna.
