Description

I found it very hard to start and get feet up as quite small, when up was very slippery and lots of loose rocks in cracks. When got to the top was a struggle as had to go under the tree before i could get safe and not be too close to the edge.

Area : Lowland Outcrops: Fife

Lowland Outcrops: Fife includes the trad climbing on the outcrops between the Firths of Forth and Tay as described in the SMC Lowland Outcrops guidebook. There is climbing on the dolerite quarries at North Queensferry and Rosyth, and on the natural dolerite at the very pleasant sea-cliff of The Hawkcraig. In addition the unusual limestone blocks of Limekilns provide many good and popular climbs.
