Phwoar wowie! Much harder than I was expecting in the groove, I suspect the veneer of lichen made the feet on the downward slanting 3D groove harder. That, AND the rather exposed arete finish. The route might be much easier if climbed as a redpoint with the gear to protect the gutsy moves. Maybe closer to a 6b/+?
