Created scheme of learning which vaguely follows NICAS and NIBAS guidelines so that Penair School can look at using the NICAS qualification and become an accredited centre of learning for the qualification. Scheme of learning starts with basics, introduction into rock climbing, warm ups, core exercises, group works, belays, footwork, hand techniques and team challenges from hoops, to add on and take away and mixed with form of speed climbing.
