I spent 7 weeks over summer leading groups of young persons plus their mentor/supervisor along the Pembrokeshire coastal path.
Based in Castlemartin, the work was for the National Citizen service government scheme for school and college students to experience outdoor activities. My role was to take my group once a week on a lowland walk,( a challenging walk for the age group and experience. )
I would plot and risk assess a route and amend where appropiate due to hot weather and ability.
Group sizes between 10 and 12, ages from 16-19 years of age.
